Open weekend - 25th & 26th April

Thank you for your patience, this is to confirm we WILL be opening on 25th April as planned.

The timetable is subject to change but the plan is:

Saturday 25th April - 8am to 4pm

Sunday 26th April - 10am to 4pm

8am - Vibe Cycle (Mary, Training Room)

9am - Body Conditioning (Megan, Dance Studio)

10am - Yoga (Najwa, Dance Studio)

11.15am - Zumba (Filipa, Dance Studio)

12pm - Box, Bass and Bag (Marlon, Lower Gym)

1.30pm - Commercial Dance (Robyn, Lower Gym

1pm - Pilates (Andrea, Dance Studio)

2pm - Vinyasa Yoga (James, Dance Studio)

2pm - Indoor Cycle (David, Training Room)

3pm - Tai Chi Chih (Lynne, Dance Studio)

 

Sunday 26th April

10am - Yoga (Shivani, Dance Studio)

11am - Body conditioning (Jagoda, Dance Studio)

12pm - Pilates (Jagoda, Dance Studio)

1pm - Indoor Cycle (Megan, Training room)

2pm - Family Circuits (David, Dance Studio)

3pm - Learn to lift (Megan & David, Gym floor)

  • Add your details, complete marketing preferences

  • Access online shop icon

  • Free open weekend classes

  • Add to basket

  • Navigate to basket

  • Complete order

  • Return to booking diary

  • Choose the class you wish to book

  • Click book on the sesion you want to attend

 

We will be running a waiting list so if there isn't a space at the moment, add yourself to the waiting list and you will be notified if a space becomes available.

 

If you don't get a space in the class you want, the pass is valid for 7 days so you can book a free class next week instead.

​

Squash courts will be available - just come along and play.

​

Pickleball court available (turn up and play):

 

Saturday - 8am-10am

​

Sunday - 1:15pm-4:00pm

​

Badminton court available (turn up and play):

 

Saturday - 10:15am-11:30am, 3:00pm-4:00pm

 

Sunday - 10am-1:00pm

​

Gym -

no booking needed, just turn up
